Why am I so worried?

As a single mom, it is almost guaranteed that you cannot go a day without worries: you worry about your children, their health, your health, your work, family finances etc.  
The worrying is quite normal as a mom let alone if you are doing it all alone. This causes you to get stressed. Some of that stress is good as it keeps you focused and help you achieve your goals like being stressed as you are prepping for a job interview or taking an exam etc. On the other hand, when you worry about almost everything and have fear of a bad outcome, your stress level skyrockets. When this happens to you often, seek help from medical professionals and train your mind and body to help you overcome having negative thoughts. this can be done through meditation, yoga, change of lifestyle, routine, and mindset.

Being a single mom is not for everyone. There are many distractions and you are already doing a great job focusing on what matters. You are raising your children , continue putting roof over their heads, feeding them and making sure their receive good education. When misstep happens, do not beat yourself up. Instead, pick up yourself, dust yourself off, and keep on trying until you are satisfied with the outcome. Learning from experience is the key.
